My name is Emily Leahy-Thieler and I’m finally blogging. I’m a wife, mother, and Information Architect living in Roswell, Ga.

When I was a student at the Florida State University College of Information (formerly the School of Information Studies,) we read Neuromancer by William Gibson. Cyberpunk is not my thing, but Gibson himself and his vision of the future are vastly interesting. My favorite quote from him and something I think about a lot is:

The future is already here – it is just unevenly distributed.
